Day 1: Delhi - Haridwar
Your spiritual journey begins from Delhi, where you drive towards Haridwar, one of the holiest cities of India. Situated at the foothills of the Himalayas, Haridwar is the sacred gateway to the Char Dham region and the place where the holy River Ganga enters the plains. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening, you may visit Har-ki-Pauri to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a spiritually uplifting experience. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar - Guptkashi
After breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi, passing through scenic mountain roads, river valleys, and charming hill towns. En route, witness beautiful views of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Guptkashi is a significant religious town associated with Lord Shiva and is home to the ancient Vishwanath Temple. It also serves as an important halt before the Kedarnath trek. Upon arrival, check in and rest. Overnight stay in Guptkashi or Sitapur.
Day 3: Guptkashi - Kedarnath
Early morning, drive to Gaurikund, the base point of the Kedarnath trek. From here, begin the 16 km trek to Kedarnath (pony, doli, or helicopter services available at additional cost). Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is set amidst snow-covered peaks and the Mandakini River, offering a divine and awe-inspiring atmosphere. After temple darshan and evening aarti, check in for an overnight stay near Kedarnath Temple.
Day 4: Kedarnath - Guptkashi
Wake up early for morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, followed by trek back to Gaurikund. Drive onwards to Guptkashi. The return journey offers another opportunity to admire the serene Himalayan landscapes and reflect on the spiritual experience. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 5: Guptkashi - Haridwar Via Rishikesh
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar, en route visiting Rudraprayag, the sacred confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers, one of the Panch Prayags. Continue towards Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, where you may visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Triveni Ghat (time permitting). Later, proceed to Haridwar for overnight stay.
Day 6: Haridwar - Delhi Drop
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi. The tour concludes with divine memories of the Kedarnath Yatra and drop at Delhi railway station or airport.
