Date 1: Delhi to Haridwar
Start your journey early in the morning from Delhi and drive to Haridwar, which is known as the starting point of the Chardham Yatra. The drive takes around 5–6 hours. After reaching, check into your hotel and take some rest. In the evening, visit Har Ki Pauri to attend the Ganga Aarti. The sight of lamps floating on the river and the sound of prayers create a peaceful and spiritual feeling. Return to your hotel and stay overnight in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot
After breakfast, begin your drive towards Barkot. On the way, pass through the beautiful hill station of Mussoorie, where you can enjoy cool weather and scenic mountain views. The journey is long but very beautiful with rivers and hills. Once you reach Barkot, check into your hotel and relax. This place is important as it is the base for visiting Yamunotri. Stay overnight in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Wake up early and drive to Janki Chatti, which is the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri Temple. From here, you can walk or hire a pony or palanquin. After reaching the temple, take a holy dip in the warm water of Surya Kund and then perform darshan of Goddess Yamuna. Spend some time in prayer and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. After darshan, return back to Barkot and rest. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. The journey offers beautiful mountain and river views. After reaching, check into your hotel. Later, visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple and seek blessings. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Today, you will travel to Gangotri Temple, one of the most important pilgrimage sites and the origin of the holy River Ganga. The drive is very scenic with waterfalls, forests, and mountains. After reaching, take a dip in the cold waters of the Ganga if possible and perform darshan at the temple. Spend some peaceful time there, then return to Uttarkashi by evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi / Sitapur
After breakfast, start your journey towards Guptkashi or Sitapur. The route follows the Mandakini River and offers very beautiful views of valleys and hills. After reaching, check into your hotel and relax. This location is used as the base for visiting Kedarnath. Overnight stay in Guptkashi or Sitapur.
Day 7: Guptkashi to Kedarnath
Wake up very early and drive to Gaurikund, which is the starting point of the trek to Kedarnath Temple. The trek is around 16–18 km and can be done on foot or with the help of ponies, palkis, or helicopter services. After reaching Kedarnath, visit the temple and perform darshan of Lord Shiva. The temple is surrounded by high mountains, giving a very divine feeling. Stay overnight near Kedarnath.
Day 8: Kedarnath Darshan and Return to Guptkashi
Get up early in the morning and attend the morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After spending some peaceful time, begin your return trek to Gaurikund. From there, drive back to Guptkashi. After reaching, check into your hotel and rest after the long journey. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath
After breakfast, drive towards Badrinath Temple via Joshimath. The drive passes through beautiful mountain roads and river valleys. Once you reach Badrinath, check into your hotel and then visit the temple for darshan of Lord Vishnu. In the evening, attend the aarti, which is very special. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 10: Badrinath to Rudraprayag / Srinagar
In the morning, visit Mana Village, which is the last village near the India–Tibet border. You can also see places like Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul here. After sightseeing, start your return journey towards Rudraprayag or Srinagar. After reaching, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay.
Day 11: Rudraprayag / Srinagar to Haridwar
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar. The journey is long but comfortable. After arrival, check into your hotel and relax. You can spend the evening at leisure or visit the local market. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
